Introduction
Many people are unaware of the discipline of business analysis, having never thought of it as a disciplined set of knowledge, skills, and techniques. Therefore, managers and SMEs who work with Business Analysis often have no idea of the value that it provides. This course will touch on the entire scope of business analysis including before, during, and after a solution to a business problem is implemented. It also covers enterprise business analysis in order to provide an overview of the value that business analysis delivers in terms of executing strategy – both doing the right work and doing the right work in the right way.
