Introduction
Delegating is a required skill for a successful manager and effective leader. Despite this, many do not delegate effectively to a sufficient degree, nor an adequate rate for team success. This course will introduce you to the skills required for effective delegation, as well as it will explain the importance and benefits to the team and manager. The course will also spot the light on the obstacles to effective delegation and the steps required to avoid them.
